General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and dd345 ("dd345", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dd345 website located at dd345.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, live dealer games, payment processing, bonus programmes, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and dd345 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties of any kind.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Account Registration

If dd345 detects that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different mobile numbers, different device identifiers, or any other means — dd345 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dd345 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. dd345 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for additional account security. Any activity carried out on the Platform using your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. 3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, dd345 will initiate a KYC verification procedure. Additional proof of address or proof of payment method may also be requested. 4.2 Deposit Policy

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Bonuses & Promotions

By claiming any bonus or promotional reward, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms applicable to that offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at dd345 are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be bet before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable offer terms. Players are encouraged to read and understand wagering requirements fully before opting into any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses at dd345 carry a validity period, within which wagering requirements must be met. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Changes

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dd345 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. You acknowledge that the integrity of the Platform — and the experience of every other player — depends on all users adhering to the standards set out in this section. Breaches of these obligations are treated seriously and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

6.1 You Must Not

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or in communications with dd345 support.
• Access or attempt to access another player's account without their express authorisation.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or tournament.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of criminally obtained funds via the dd345 Platform.
• Exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Use the Platform in a way that disrupts, overloads, or damages the Platform's servers or the experience of other players.
• Make offensive, abusive, or threatening communications toward dd345 staff or other players through any channel.
• Register more than one account for yourself by any means, including using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or devices.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering

dd345 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We monitor all transactions on the Platform for signs of suspicious activity. Players found to be using the Platform for money laundering or related financial crime will have their accounts closed immediately, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. dd345 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in such cases.

Account Suspension & Closure

dd345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Cause includes but is not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, AML concerns, bonus abuse, underage gambling, provision of false information, or account inactivity.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your dd345 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance in your account will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations apply. Closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension

Where dd345 suspends or closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, dd345 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Players whose accounts are closed due to confirmed fraud or money laundering will have all funds permanently withheld and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

7.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request account closure as part of a self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons are treated under dd345's Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year are available. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and the player will not receive marketing communications from dd345. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion initiation will be held securely and paid out upon expiry of the exclusion period, subject to standard verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd345 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: game outcomes, technical failures, delays in payment processing, errors in odds or pricing, unauthorised access to your account, or reliance on information published on the Platform.

8.1 Platform Availability

dd345 makes every reasonable effort to maintain the Platform's availability and performance. However, dd345 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability. dd345 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of Platform downtime, including any bets that could not be placed or managed during a period of unavailability.

8.2 Game Errors

In the event of a manifest error in a game — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect prize tables, technical faults, or software malfunctions — dd345 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the applicable stakes to the player's account balance. dd345 is not obligated to honour payouts that result from manifest errors, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the bet was settled.

8.3 Player Responsibility

Players use the dd345 Platform at their own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. dd345 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit and loss limits, play within their means, and seek help immediately if gambling becomes a problem. dd345 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of their gambling activity on the Platform, provided that dd345 has complied with its obligations under these Terms.
